Our Head Teacher Mr John Moss
John Moss is proud to serve as Headteacher of Rosscon Training College, an institution dedicated to supporting young people in reaching their potential through personalised, purposeful education. With extensive experience in school leadership and a higher-level qualification in educational leadership, John has a deep understanding of how to drive improvement while maintaining compassion and care at the heart of the school.
As a passionate advocate for Blackpool’s young people, John is committed to giving students a second chance to engage with learning and develop the skills they need to enter the workforce with confidence and ambition.
Under his leadership, Rosscon is committed to delivering high-quality vocational and academic pathways, founded on high expectations, inclusive practices, and robust pastoral care.
